Hi everyone, just wanted to let everyone know about a shop going out of business. Burgess bait and tackle in Norton. it's at 95 s. washington st., norton.
Go into the Taunton Industrial park from Bay st. and take your 1st right (right before the holiday inn) and follow it down for aways, you'll see the tents
out front. They did have some flyfishing and fly tying stuff. I know some of you guys like the wright & mcgill yellow rods and i saw 2 there, both fly/spin
combos. 1 was a 7 pc. model, the other one was a 4 pc. i think. i picked up a cortland 7' 3/4 weight for $10.00. you do have to do some poking around and
looking thru boxes, but there are some good buys. sale runs thru monday. Lots of non flyfishing stuff too.
