Received Shakeyfly's Goldie Perch and RG924's Gartside Bass Bug in the mail today...WOW! What beauties....talk about some fly tying craftmanship, this going to be one heck of a Fly Swap...Can't wait to post pictures....you all are going to be impressed with this years' swap

Folks,
My apologizes but for unforseen reasons, I need to move the posting of Bass Pond fly swap flies back 1 week. My boss has scheduled me last minute to go out of town on a business trip from 15-18th of Feb.... will be back on 19th of Feb. Please get flies to me by 19th Feb so I can show them off at the Bears Den show. I will post pictures of all the Bass pond flies upon me return the week of Feb 22nd...Thanks

Ozarkgold, Received Bead Head Crackleback in the mail... these are GREAT looking flies...I love the holographic design...folks, you are gonna be tying these flies up this season... these are fish catchers for sure... What a fantastic fly swap this going to be!!!

Hi John, glad they got there, Ive been fishing a varity of hoppers and crickets for decades here for everything, seems everything likes them, so I have several more patterns of each to share, so we have a few more years to go for sure.
Ive always been and felt that this a one my all time favorite swaps, just beacause while my fishing is mostly for trout, our lake here is full of big Black Crappie and we have world class LMB in the lake and great SMB downriver from the lake so I tye alot of flys to fish those WarmWater's close to home, fisheries prehaps ever more so than I do Trout specific tyes.

Hi All;

Finally got my flies mailed out yesterday, I tied Ed Story's pine squirrel nymph,olive, sz12 with brass bead. In additon I tied a size 12 grey squirrel nymph, bead head. It has a lot of guard hairs and looks real bushy.
