I think tuckaloe has the body material identified but, it looks like the tailing material is something different.

A very effective fly, I tie this one as an imitation of a curly tail soft plastic grub. Tail is marabou and body is Estaz with a brass cone head. It's a
killer on smallies and rock bass when they're feeling aggressive and will do a number on panfish, too. The fly in the pic is tied on a size 8 3xl hook,
btw.
