With the new job and a little medical procedure on Monday that's supposed to have me avoiding lifting anything over 10lbs for a week and avoiding any strenuous exercise, I may be absent. Don't count me out, but don't count on me, either.

I'll be there... sounds like I don't need to bring a canoe, 2 man pontoon boat, or float tubes... Let me know, I will bring anything needed, food of course...looks like Mashpee is a good size lake... lots of fish!

Hey Spinzo - as long as you leave the macaroni salad at home, I don't think you'll have to lift anything over ten lbs. Oh - and don't lift any of the fish I'm gonna catch outa the water...

Hey Guys:
In the "Cape Cod Fishing Map" the Mashpee & Wakeby Ponds are "two stories". That most likely means a dam. We want to fish the Upper Section - Wakeby Pond so I'm not so sure about a boat. Therefore I'm not bringing my boat to the Cape. We're leaving tomorrow, so I'll contact Alec for a ride in his canoe or will rent a Canoe on the Cape. Sorry, but I just can't get very good info on boat launches & have often found ramps in somes lakes to be impossible to launch my boat. See you there, I'll bring a cooler of soft drinks. Tom |

Yikes! Alec was it something I said? I've been publically dissed on my ride on Saturday, although your taste is impeccable. It's too late to get my boat ready - I'll give you a buzz & hopefully borrow your canoe.

There's a chance... Al, you got room in your house Friday night? I'll be at work in Braintree that day. It'd be a shame to be so close to the Cape and have to drive in the wrong direction. Or maybe I can find a place to go striper fishing Friday night and camp out.

That's 5 fishermen... Frank and Alec in the "Classic yacht"... Tom and Spinzo in Alec's Canoe. I will bring my 2 man pelican pontoon boat...It is short, 10.5' long but can flyfish 2 men carefully, if we have more people shows up...I was hoping we would have a couple more folks attend this grand event... Any more folks out there who like to have a god afternoon flyfishing, try to make it...the more, the merrier, fishing should be outstanding...Spinzo hope the striper's you catch don't weigh more than 10lbs...

Mac salad airlift is being arranged. I'm working my connections with the local military and have a Chinook helicopter reserved to carry a shipping container of my famed concoction in. All they need is an empty football field within a 1/4 mile radius and the drop will take place at precisely 1100 hours, giving enough time for full military escort to lakeside and your dining pleasure.
Sorry I won't be there to enjoy it with you guys. Tip a lemonade back in honor of Mr. Tisdale for me, will ya? Mike |

Man, Spinzo, I was salivating for that famous macaroni creation..Hope you heal well and our thought will be with you. We'll dedicate the first bass caught for you..Guys, do I need to bring a boat or are we okay with the 2 fish catching vessels already mentioned? What time at the ramp? or is there a Dunkin Donuts near by to have coffee before we shove off... Weather looks promising for this weekend...

I have a 2 man pelican pontoon boat, (about 10.5' in length) with a trolling motor (small or I can bring a 14' canoe with paddles. Your choice and I will bring which ever, not a problem. Looking forward to seeing you all
